    About 20 years ago …
    About 20 years ago when Creatine first came out I was part of the trials for the british Olympic Athletic squad along with Steve Backley, we loaded, in 4 weeks my bench went from 135kg to 150kg, and Steve won the World champs that year. hearing numerous times and doing numerous times are two different things so you are advising on heresay rather than your own experience. what I will say some people are happy to just do maintenance but either way Creatine works, thanks for subscribing

    i wouldnt bother …
    i wouldnt bother with the loading phase when taking creatine, just do 10g a day, 5 before and 5 after training, ive heard numerous times that loading is pointless..
