what are good bodybuilding supplements?
I’m a "amateur" bodybuilder and I been on "Muscle Milk" for a while now and I’ve seen little results.
What are better supplements that can make me bigger and stronger?
And that are Legal, or should i stay with muscle milk?

My bf has been taking Endothil CR. It works like a steroid but its not a steroid and there are no side affects and it’s legal. He’s been working out for 2 months now and WOW it works great. He gets his at GNC for 60$, but you can probably get it at any nutrition store.
