Should a 14 year old trying to build muscle take supplements?
Hi. I am curling 20-30 lb. dumbbells, and I am getting little to no results from curling the dumbbells. I am also doing lat pulldowns, which gave me triceps but I can’t build biceps. Should I take muscle building supplements i.e. whey protein powder to build muscle? Thanks
