i’ve seen alot of …
i’ve seen alot of work out videos, i’m always trying to update my workout routine and i’ve gotta say this video is really great. awesome exercises, loved the idea of using the door to get different angles. although i agree with a previous comment that it’s hard to use resistance bands, once you get used to it the benefits you get from using them is more than worth it.

i like his workout except i hate resistant bands. Its so hard to find appropriate resisatance comared to regular dumbells

Do resistance bands really work that good? I didn’t know one could really bulge up with just resistance bands, because it’s not that much weight stored in them.
