Are muscle building supplements a rip off?

06 Mar

Things like creatine, muscle milk, etc.

Yes, they are most definitely a rip off. All they want is your commitment and your money, so that they can increase profits. Never buy anything like that, it’s a lot better to spend your time running and lifting weights than to spend your time drinking supplements that can be harmful to health.

Creatine MONOHYDRATE is good. Whey protein powder is good. Fish oil capsules are good. Everything else….save your money.

Depends what you’re buying and what your goals are…for the most part, no. They will get the job done if you use them properly and hit the weights!
