muscle building supplements?

can anyone suggest any good supplements to aid working out aand building muscle that wnt make me put on fat too.
im quite toned and dnt have an ounce of fat but would like to bulk up a but not in any fat, muscle
any suggestions?

id suggest as a must:
whey – for fast absorbing protein post workout
creatine – to assist in with strength training
WMS – fast absorbing carbs for post workout, needed to aviod going into a catabolic state where your body will burn muscle

optional extras:
omega 3 – help minimise any fat gains whilst bulking
EAA’s – help reduce muscle soreness and assist in recovery
multi vitimins – obvious reasons

i use all of those above.

but your key is gonna be your diet and workout programme, heres a full guide which i found very useful

    CLA – it really is natural, so it doesn’t have those nasty side effects that the other crap has in it. Only problem is that it doesn’t work as quickly as they do either.

    Creatine and Whey Protein are the only ones i would use, CLA is crap, waste of money (in my humble opinion only of course) Quite a few of the top US trainers are using Tribustol, supposedly very effective but fairly expensive.
