    No, you got it …
    No, you got it backwards. Cardio is what burns off the fat so that your abs will show. However, you need the weight training to build up the muscles.

    Alot of guys forget …
    Alot of guys forget to do Cardio. You wont get defined muscle unless you do Cardio. And yes that means 40mins on the bike, run etc
