			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am very skinny, it is usually recommended that I only do squats and deadlifts. How can I gain muscle mass without the use of any weights, or are weights essential to gaining mass?<br />
<br />There is no way without resistance with weights. Dead lifts and squats make you soar indeed; from experience. I had a gym teacher in college that recommended it and we were all hating him for a week. Just use small weights and start out with 2 sets of 12. work your way up to say 5 sets of 12 with maybe adding a set a week. Once your up to 5 sets, try moving slower with your work outs, by then you&#8217;ll start getting a high from having your muscles worked. Always stretch before each workout and work the upper one day, do some say swimming (cardiovascular) the next; then work your lower body the next day. Eating protien like eggs, meat, and fish make the workout seem easier. I have a bowflex. Good Luck.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>OK you&#8217;re committed to building muscle mass but have no idea how to proceed. Where can you find the most up-to-date methods to gain muscle quickly and easily? What about that training video you saw in an infomercial at three in the morning that said it had the best way to gain muscle? Should you trust the most current reports and statistics being endorsed by what makes them experts?</p>
<p>Before considering the best methods for building muscle mass, it&#8217;s a good idea to look at the abundance of gobbledygook and misinformation out there and strive to grasp why there is such a prolific amount of it.</p>
<p>Why, for example, did sit-ups go out of style? They were flung aside and replaced with abs crunches. Crunches, soon thereafter, were purported to be only effective if you bought various merchandise designed to enhance their effectiveness. If you weren&#8217;t using said merchandise, supposed fitness authorities said you were simply fooling yourself with crunches, and you would go on being flabby</p>
<p>The purported facts and statistics concerning improving your physical health that issues forth from the various mainstream outlets – including most recent news about the best way to gain muscle &#8211; is fueled by greed and love of money. Major corporations have a huge stake in making sure you are misinformed &#8211; because their advertisers love to hype products with words such &#8220;brand-new&#8221; and &#8220;groundbreaking.&#8221; If they want to continue rolling out items that can be promoted with these words, corporations must constantly be inventing new lies to substitute them with the previous distortions of truth they used to sell the previous year&#8217;s junk.</p>
<p>Companies that produce our food do the same thing. Haven&#8217;t you ever wondered how it could be possible that scientists, with all their education and training, can&#8217;t decide if eggs are healthy or not? If you allow yourself to be spoon-fed by the mainstream press, you live in a world where facts are changing and transmogrifying themselves every day. They exist for the brief period of time it takes for industries to promote products around the facts &#8211; then the facts are changed.</p>
<p>There are many companies out there with whom you can stick and receive all the information which have rigorously tested and have been using for years. The best companies out there will genuinely do possess the best way to gain muscle and they will give you proof. Many have been using these techniques and are not only building muscle mass, but keeping it for years and years instead of just a few months.</p>

There is a reason why over and over again you hear stories about how huge companies spread false documents and cynically spun statistics to perpetuate ignorance that will keep them rich and powerful. The tobacco industry actually lost class action lawsuits because of this unscrupulous behavior and had to pay out millions of dollars as a direct result.</p>
<p>Sadly, the fitness industry is so spread out that it cannot be called to the carpet the way cigarette makers were. Huge corporations that profit from fitness equipment and protein shakes are committed to the same villainous behavior as nickel-and-dime con artists who put up a web site one day and disappear after they&#8217;ve made a few bucks.</p>
<p>The facts you&#8217;ll learn here have not been cynically developed to sell you a pile of useless or ineffective products you don&#8217;t need. In reality, you shall soon find out that the most indispensable tool for building muscle mass is your brain. You already have one of those and nobody can charge you for it.</p>

<p>Skinny people can gain muscle mass and weight fast with the right combination of exercises and weight gain diet. But in order to attain a muscular physique like those of bodybuilders would require much more effort. It requires great discipline and mental focus. This article will shed some light on the exercise routines you can perform to achieve a well-defined body and gain muscle strength, muscle mass and weight.</p>
<p>Weight gain must not be attained by changes in diet only. Adequate exercises are required to ensure a healthy weight increase. If you are thin and just want to add some pounds to your scrawny build, you can consider working out thrice per week. For each work-out, engage in some moderate physical activities such as jogging, brisk walking or fast walking, or play a game of sport. Be sure to sweat it out for half an hour or more. </p>
<p>People have found it helpful to find an exercise partner, whether to go for regular runs, or work out at the gym. It wouldn’t be so boring and lonely to exercise then. Another benefit is the mutual encouragement that both of you can give to each other. This would spur you on to inculcate the discipline required to maintain an exercise regime. Research shows that if you repeatedly perform an act for 40 days, it would be ingrained in your mind as a habit. It’s little wonder that people would go on cold turkey for 40 days to quit a habit such as smoking or just about any addiction. Exercise is healthy addiction, isn’t it?</p>
<p>We have looked at how you can exercise to gain muscle mass and weight fast. Resistance training at the gym would be even more beneficial to add more muscle mass on your body. However, such training must not be attempted without any basic or prior knowledge of the kinds of exercises and the right techniques to use the gym equipment and free weights. Should you decide to go into basic bodybuilding or weight lifting, you are advised to speak with a qualified fitness instructor or at least read up more about how to work with the gym equipment and weights safely.</p>
<p>Muscles would grow only when stressed to its break-point. In other words, you need to stress your muscles by training them hard to their maximum strength threshold or at least near there. This would force your muscles to gain strength and in the process grow. One golden tip to gain muscle mass and weight fast is to focus on strength gaining. This is vital because muscle growth would follow strength gain. Work on the larger muscle groups, and do exercises such as dead lifts, chin ups, bench press and squats. </p>
<p>However, a word of caution here is not to be hasty. Spread out your training over the week to give your muscles time to recover from the strain. Proper pacing would achieve better results in the long run.
